The avocation of football officiating is challenging and rewarding, as well as complex, and requires skills that must be honed, not only to create an edge, but to keep it sharp.  As we officiate high school football  games in the most recognized state for football in the country, it is imperative that we build, and share training resources with each other, to ensure that we have the requisite skills and knowledge, for both mechanics and rules.  This ensures that we will be in the right position, to make the right call.  The mission of TXFBOfficials.com is to serve as a repository of training information to benefit Texas High School Football Officials, and to be a part in furthering the noble avocation of officiating.
